Several factors may delay the delivery of your order (peak periods, weather conditions, customs, etc.).

These are the steps to follow:

  1. Track your package using the link included in your shipping confirmation email. This will give you real-time updates.

  2. Please notify us via the following link if the status of your package has not changed in the last 48 hours.

  3. If the delay exceeds 10 business days after placing your order, please contact us via the following link.

MaboNatur is constantly expanding its geographical reach.
For now, we only ship to Spain.

For delivery within Spain, your order should be shipped within 48 hours and delivered within 3 to 5 days.

Please note that MaboNatur declines all responsibility for delivery delays attributable to the carrier (for example, in cases of lost packages, strikes, extreme weather conditions or other exceptional circumstances such as a pandemic, war, terrorist attack or natural disaster).

In accordance with our policy, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To do so, you must send us a written request to contacto@mabonatur.com

Simply returning products without prior notice or refusing delivery will not be considered a valid withdrawal.

Returned products must be:

  • Unused

  • Sealed

  • In its original packaging and in perfect condition.

We do not accept returns of opened, used or unsealed products for reasons of hygiene, safety and regulatory compliance.

For a return to be accepted, the products must be:

  • Intact
  • Sealed
  • In its original packaging

These conditions are specified in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

To better preserve the quality and effectiveness of your MaboNatur products, it is important to follow certain storage guidelines.

Supplements in capsules or tablets:

  • Keep them in the closed box.
  • Store them at room temperature, away from any heat source.
  • Do not place them in the refrigerator unless specifically instructed on the packaging.

Yes, most of our products can be taken together. They are designed to complement each other, as long as the recommended daily dosages are followed.

However, some supplements must be taken separately to ensure optimal absorption and avoid interactions between nutrients.

  • Magnesium + Omega 3 + Multivitamins

Products to be carried separately (separate from others):

Iron: Take on an empty stomach or away from meals (or supplements) containing calcium, magnesium, zinc, coffee or tea, as these can reduce its absorption.

Zinc: It can compete with other minerals (such as iron or magnesium), so it is best to take it alone, ideally away from high-fiber foods.


PureBio² (probiotics): Take on an empty stomach or away from other supplements and hot drinks. Probiotics are sensitive to stomach acid, so it is important not to mix them with other active ingredients that may affect their effectiveness.
